Skyline Technology Solutions – Company Overview
Skyline was established in July 2004, and is headquartered in Glen Burnie, Maryland. Skyline employees have been supporting the IT needs of Maryland agencies (MDOT, MAIF, and DoIT MD) since 1998 and strive to serve the citizens of the State through effective technology development and management.
To best serve our clients, we keep our network and systems engineers abreast of the latest technologies by continually investing in training and education courses for our staff. Skyline also works closely with vendors that provide the best of breed solutions to allow us to create the best solution utilizing the newest technology. Even with strong relationships with vendors, Skyline has remained hardware and software neutral to allow us to be unbiased when creating the right technical solutions. It is our belief that vendor independence is critical for providing our clients with solutions that meet their specific requirements instead of the “one size fits all” approach.
Since its inception, Skyline has been providing managed network services for large Public Sector and Service Provider networks. With a strong team of employees and partners, Skyline has the depth needed to support County and Statewide networks and systems. Skyline also has great relationships with other IT companies to expand our capabilities/staffing and meet MBE goals in the State or County contracts.
