Founder and President
Brian’s greatest joy in the business environment is creating an atmosphere where people can grow. In addition to providing leadership and overall business direction and support at Skyline, he identifies new solutions to support client interoperability needs. He also illustrates technical solutions so that clients may easily understand them.
Throughout his career, Brian has consistently been involved in technology consolidation and interoperability. At Skyline, Brian is the lead architect for unifying multiple networks within MDOT and was also part of the team that developed networkMaryland. He is a member of the Carroll Community College’s College Foundation Board and holds a B.S. in information systems management from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
Originally from Bowie, Maryland, Brian now resides in Eldersburg with his wife and two children. He is very active in his church and also enjoys mountain biking, hiking, camping, snow skiing, and virtually anything mechanical or technical.
Vice President & Chief Revenue Officer
As Skyline’s Vice President & CRO, he is responsible for business development, partner/vendor management and contract/legal oversight. Prior to becoming the CRO, he was named COO in 2008, after being the Vice President of Skyline Network Engineering directly supporting the Founder of the company. Jason has been with Skyline since 2006.
Before joining Skyline, Jason was the Director of Networks Division at the State of Maryland’s Department of Budget and Management (now the Department of IT). There he led the development and build-out of networkMaryland™, the state government network for Internet and data services. In addition, he is a former Operations Manager for Comcast Business Services, gaining valuable experience in the operations of a service provider network covering the Baltimore/Washington Metropolitan Area.
Jason earned a B.A. in criminal justice from the University of Maryland College Park and an M.S. in telecommunications management from the University of Maryland University College. He is originally from College Park and lives in Chesapeake Beach with his wife and three children. In what little spare time he has, he trains for long distances races and in 2015 completed his first marathon.
Chief Executive Officer
As the CEO of Skyline, Anthony’s focus is the effective functioning of the entire organization. His diverse background brings a strong mixture of experiences to that challenge. His career has traversed a variety of industries including Telecommunications, Staffing, Marketing, Financial Services, Construction and Hospitality. As CEO, he provides strategic direction for the future of the organization; and directly oversees all employee focused processes.
Prior to joining the Skyline family of companies, he founded Diekemper Consulting Inc. (DCI) where he worked with a wide variety of organizations on both leadership and management development. Before founding DCI Anthony served in a variety of roles with Allegis Group/ Aerotek including Chief Administrative Officer.
Chief Financial Officer
As CFO of Skyline Technology Solutions, Pete is responsible for overseeing all accounting and financing activities for STS and its sister company Skyline Staffing Solutions. He brings to his position a well-established background in accounting and finance. Since joining Skyline in 2010, he has transformed our reporting and analysis capabilities, strengthened and expanded our lender and vendor relationships and he and his team have supported growth at a rate at times in excess of 50% per year. Pete and his team are also responsible for handling the accounting and financial items related to mergers and acquisitions.
Most recently, Pete was Vice President/Controller & Treasurer for Euler Hermes ACI where he was responsible for all accounting, reinsurance, tax and treasury functions for all Euler Hermes operations in North and South America. In addition to his time at Euler Hermes, he held management positions at Zurich US and American Fidelity Mortgage after beginning his career with Coopers & Lybrand in Baltimore.
Pete obtained his bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Maryland, is a Certified Public Accountant and lives in Annapolis with his wife and three children. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, skiing, and officiating women’s lacrosse and field hockey.
Chief Operating Officer
As Skyline’s COO, Craig’s focus includes Corporate Strategy, Development, Growth and Leadership. His diverse background as a consultant and senior business leader in a number of organizations includes experience in Organizational Effectiveness/Development, Strategic Planning, Professional/Leadership Development, Human Resources, Marketing, Business Development and Finance/Accounting across a broad range of industries in the Commercial, State and Federal markets.
Prior to joining Skyline, Craig served as Chief Operating Officer & Chief People Officer for ADG Creative – a Branding Strategy, Learning & Gaming and Software Development company in Columbia, Maryland.
Craig grew up in Richmond, Virginia, now lives with his wife in Carroll County Maryland and enjoys traveling with his wife and spending time with their two children and their families.
