Our Selection Process
At Skyline we work diligently to make great decisions in an open, trusting and transparent environment. We believe no decision is more important to the success of our organization than WHO WE HIRE. The primary goal in our process is for the candidate and the organization to have total clarity around whether or not a great fit exists. Our process is not designed for speed, it is designed for effectiveness through thoroughness and collaboration.
Here is a brief overview of the process.
- Initial Phone Screen
To determine basic fit, i.e. commute, travel, basic technical competency, compensation, etc.
- Cultural Interview
To determine if our values are in alignment with the candidates.
- Technical Interview
To determine the degree of the candidate’s ability to fill the technical needs of the role.
- Expectations Meeting
To provide the candidate clarity regarding all facets of the role and the organization, in order to afford the best opportunity to make a great decision.
